Delta Work — Beta

Delta Work

AI is making individuals faster, but teamwork feels harder.

Delta Work helps organisations build shared human-AI team capability — not just personal productivity. We work alongside leaders and their teams to change how work actually happens to deliver better results.

The mandate exists. The method doesn't.

Leaders are under immediate pressure to accelerate AI adoption — but without the method, capability, or support to actually change how their teams work.

Strategy exists at the top. Tools exist at the individual level. But the critical middle — where mandates meet day-to-day practice — is largely unsupported.

"Productivity is spiking. Cohesion is eroding. And the leaders accountable for outcomes can't see it, measure it, or fix it."

This isn't a technology gap. It's a ways-of-working gap.

Change that starts with the team. Stays with them too.

We work alongside leaders and their teams — not above them. We don't deliver PowerPoint slides and leave. We build shared capability: the ability to run experiments, adopt new ways of working, learn together, and keep improving long after our engagement ends.

The goal is never dependency on Delta Work. It's a team that knows how to evolve.

01 — Team-level, not individual

AI tools create spikes in individual productivity. Without shared practices, those spikes pull teams apart. We work at the team layer — where capability either compounds or fragments.

02 — Built together, not handed down

Trust is built through the process, not the deliverable. We co-design with the people who'll live with the change — leaders and their teams empowered to work and evolve together.

03 — Evolution, not transformation

We're not chasing a finished state. The teams that work best with AI are the ones that stay calibrated — continuously adjusting how they work together.

From deployment to deliberate practice.

The Accelerator 01

Prep + 1 day on-site · Leader + team

A focused workshop that does in one day what most organisations spend months trying to figure out. We surface where AI adoption actually stands, identify the ways of working holding the team back, and co-design the experiments worth running. The leader leaves with a clear, prioritised action plan — built with the team, not handed down.

The Sprint 02

2–3 days · Intensive and embedded

Where the real shift happens. Working directly alongside the leader and team, we move from plan to shared practice — running experiments, changing habits, and building the shared capability to keep going after Delta Work leaves. Not a training program. Not a strategy session. A deliberate, structured intervention in how the team actually works.

The Practice 03

Quarterly · Ongoing recalibration

A structured review and recalibration cycle to sustain what's been built. We assess what's changed, what's slipped, and what needs to evolve as both the team and the AI landscape shift. The Practice is how teams stay ahead of the curve rather than falling back to old habits.

This might be relevant to you.

If your teams are adopting AI tools but the way they work together hasn't changed — or if you're a leader feeling the gap between the mandate and the method — we should talk.
